When your season asks for more.A subscription plan is your foundation, but some weeks ask for more than the foundation holds. That's what à la carte support is for. Available whether or not you're on a plan, these are the traditional, hands-on pieces of doula care you can reach for exactly when you need them, nothing more, nothing less.
Additional daytime hours
Sometimes one more visit in a week is all it takes. Extra hands, extra presence, extra time to actually exhale.
Overnight support
I come to your home overnight so you can really sleep. I handle the wake-ups, the diaper changes, the settling, and bring baby to you for feeds if you're nursing. You wake up to a full night behind you instead of another one survived.
Sibling support
An older sibling is adjusting too, even when nobody's asking how they're doing. I'll play with them, include them, and be another steady adult in the house, so they feel held in this season too, not pushed to the side of it.
